Yeah, that's the stuff. Peroxide, "Oxy-Clean", and a UV bulb or sunlight.

Of those choices, #1 is the best. Though I think a snow white (not off white) looks the best on Centipede.

Bleaching yellowed balls isn't really as nice in the end as a new ball. Old balls have lots of scratches that make them not roll as smooth as a new ball, even if they look just as white. Off-white cue balls are only $4-5 at most sporting goods stores, so I just don't see much point in trying to restore a cheap and easily found trackball. Seems like a waste of time and effort!

I'm pretty sure someone tried it after I asked, and it didn't work...
