Looks like your ground isn't hooked up (video ground, 4th pin on the connector after rgb.

If the video ground wasn't hooked up it wouldn't have any sync. You can try disconnecting your earth ground going to your monitor to see if it goes away. It may also be coming from the game board and/or power supply.

Actually, I'd say there probably ISN'T an earth ground connected to the frame....

checked that ... no luck looks fine... I traced it back to the jamma connector... seems alright.

The vertical sync doesn't need to be hooked up at all on this?

I thought I had seen how people would tie the vertical to the horizontal using a loop?

This isn't the issue?

Maybe. I've tied it to both pins in Vision Pro's and had it work.

Also, some VP's have a white button near the video input. This is a sync selector switch. Sometimes you'll see weird display issues if that button is in the wrong position...

What I did for power was spiced off a cord going in for the switcher and then pluged into the monitor straight from the cord. There is a earth ground. w to w , blk to blk, grn to grn...

I am thinking of just disconnecting and using the original a/c plug it came with and just separating it from the line with the switcher on it.... Do you think that will make any difference?

I don't think you are having a sync problem. Just try removing your earth ground from the monitor power connection. See if the lines go away.
